Mini Mini Mini

Ok everyone - at the last minute, I have decided to open up a couple of slots for two (and only two!) last minute mini sessions on Monday October 13th. These are the only ones that will be available this year!

Here is the scoop: $75 Mini Session fee includes 20 minutes of photography and 5-10 proofs. Your $75 fee is for 1 subject there is an additional charge of $25 for up to 2 more subjects. A $250 print purchase is required before custom holiday cards may be purchased BUT you will receive 15% off of your cards! You will also receive 2 mini brag books! The two open times are 4:30 and 5:00 so act fast!

Your session fee is due at the time of booking and is non refundable. If we must cancel due to inclement weather or otherwise and can not reschedule, your fee may be used towards a session between January-June of 2009.

And lastly but certainly not least. . .my mini man Reid. Don't let he smile fool you its been a rough 2 months, but he's cute isn't he! I guess we will keep him! ;)

Wow!

Mom & I were saying a lot of that when we had a miscommunication on the day and then when I realized how much this little guy had changed! Luckily someone was on our side and I was able to stay and photograph him. I was expecting a full head of red hair and instead I was greeted with big blue eyes, blond hair and lots of smiles. Hey either way, it worked out great and he is such a doll!

Expecting

As a Mom to four children, I can honestly say that the excitement of expecting never goes away. This great family is expecting #2. And while big sister wasn't too keen on my arrival yesterday, I am sure she will be thrilled when her new little brother arrives soon! I am looking forward to meeting him myself!

I'm Back!

I am finally back from maternity leave and it felt so good! Of course it helps when I am greeted by two beautiful faces who are ready for some fun and photos. Thank you for a wonderful morning!

A Finished Project!

Yay we are done and I suspect it is going off to print soon! I have spent much time this past year working with the Buffalo Birth Network on their calendar fundraiser this year. I had a great time meeting lots of new kiddos whose beautiful faces will be gracing the pages of this calendar. Open Dates & New Friends!

Wow - when I posted my current fall schedule most everything was snapped up in just about one day. I am looking forward to meeting great new families and visiting with some previous clients! The following are the current open dates for the remainder of the year. I may open up a few more dates in December, but there will be no holiday delivery for those dates. I am also starting a waiting list for any October or November dates if you are interested in that let me know!

November 22 - morning or afternoon session
November 23 - afternoon session only, from 2pm & on
November 29 - morning or afternoon session

November 8th & 9th have now booked as well, there are only 3 official dates left for the year!

Now that the business end of things is aside - I of course have some pictures to share! This is my little guy Reid (the unhappy one of course, we have a screamer) and his buddy Tristan. Tristan is my best friends little guy and they are just 3 weeks apart. So of course we are hoping they love each other as much as we love each other. Unfortunately at our impromptu playdate the other day, Reid wasn't showing the love!

Its not always about the camera. . .

but it is all about having the camera handy! Only this morning when all three of my boys were seemingly in a great mood and in the right place at the right time - my camera was not. (of course!) But guess what was handy - no not my point and shoot camera either! My camera phone. Yup thats right folks, this was taken with my camera phone. Unfortunately because it was with a camera phone it isn't something I can ever print, but I can make it into wallpaper here on my computer!

I am often asked what is the best camera on the market right now, or can you help me learn how to use my camera. I will of course help when I can, but in the end folks it isn't about the camera you use, it is how you use it!
